A thriving Christian community
Within Tetney we have a thriving Christian community, and we've embarked on the Tetney Community Project — expanding our facilities at St. Peter & St. Paul so the church can be enjoyed by everyone, a community centre for the benefit of the village and people further afield.
With the help of this website we want to encourage anyone with a family connection to Tetney – or simply a general interest – to feel closer to their roots. We keep these pages updated with news of the Community Project and the social events we run throughout the year, and there's a good history of the church here too, including a self-guided tour of the building.
Should you visit the church and find it locked, you'll find the addresses of the key holders published by the entrance.
